羊肉汤锅
羊腿肉水抄一下去血水,加水,火锅料,花椒,大料,煮半小时到一小时。加胡萝卜,白萝卜(切滚刀块),出锅前加盐和香菜。
可以就超市里买的印度抛饼或english muffin。
